For once I am leaving the library ahead of schedule!\u00a0 I arrived at 1130 and have had a very productive 5 hour session.\u00a0 My productivity was \u201claunched\u201d by some early morning thinking.\u00a0 Increasingly, I am realizing that my best idea generation occurs early in the morning,\u00a0when I am partially awake and very relaxed.\u00a0 I was able to see how key\u00a0concepts and discussions about\u00a0datasets that I have had over the past few weeks can come together for a practical and original solution.\u00a0\u00a0 My thesis will focus on integrating several areas of the literature that exist in isolation but not in combination.\u00a0 I am hoping that I can use Structured Equation Modelling to evaluate relationships between gender, leadership style, engagement and REAL business results.\u00a0<\/p>\n
