It has been another full week that has yielded good results.\u00a0 To date,\u00a0357 leaders have completed the leadership survey.\u00a0 This is a\u00a0terrific outcome and means that I have a 68% response rate.\u00a0 As planned, I have extended the deadline for another week.\u00a0 I am hoping to get to an 80% response rate.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Today I have focused on three things.\u00a0 First, creating follow-up emails for each company delegate.\u00a0 Second, calculating\u00a0response rates for\u00a0each organization.\u00a0 Third, tabulating\u00a0a list of leaders who have not completed the study for each company.\u00a0 As usual, this approach has required far more time\u00a0than I anticipated.\u00a0 That said,\u00a0I think the company specific information will be useful so that the follow-up can be targeted to the outstanding leaders from their respective CEO.<\/p>\n
I am taking a break now to do some errands and then look forward to watching some Australian Open Tennis.\u00a0 I returned home last night from a 3 day business trip and tomorrow depart for\u00a0another 3 day work trip.\u00a0 What a month!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
