It is late and I am zonked.\u00a0 I have had a very topsy turvy week between research, work, and my personal life.\u00a0 I am thrilled \u00a0to say that I have received 461 completed leader surveys.\u00a0 I have dedicated a good part of today reviewing the outstanding list of leaders and determining, based on my independent variables, if I need to do a third round of\u00a0 follow-up.\u00a0 It turns out that there are 4 organizations that warrant additional follow-up so I have just completed customized follow-up emails\u00a0to the respective delegates.\u00a0 Hopefully by this time next week I the response rate will be north of 90% and I can officially conclude my quantitative data collection.<\/p>\n

The week ahead is busy.\u00a0 I have 4 days of business travel\u00a0and am also juggling many balls on the personal front.\u00a0 I must remember to breathe and maintain gratitude!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
