It is 430pm and the library has announced that they are closing in 30minutes.\u00a0 Based on my productivity it feels like I just arrived \u2013sigh!!\u00a0 It has been a difficult week.\u00a0 Lots of change at work and I was also on the road for a few days.\u00a0 Simultaneously, I have been grappling with some family issues so need to take an unexpected international flight tomorrow.\u00a0\u00a0 Suffice it to say, my head is not fully in the research space.\u00a0 Upon reading this post, I have decided that \u201cdogpaddling\u201d is all that can be expected given the circumstances so I am going to give myself a break.<\/p>\n
I will depart shortly to do some errands and then finish packing for my flight.\u00a0 The bright side to the day was finally printing the\u00a0submission guidelines and technical set up and formatting advice for my\u00a0thesis, there are about 30 pages to review.\u00a0 It is very important for me to resist my desire to just continue writing.\u00a0 Instead, next Saturday\u00a0I am going to focus on understanding and executing the proper set up.\u00a0 I will then populate it with what I have already written before adding new content.\u00a0 Begin with the end in mind!!!<\/p>\n
